Self-Locking Feature / Epoxy

Epoxy

A powerful locking element that is known to out-perform most of the nylon locking elements in first-off torque evaluations. Dry to the touch, when engaged with force it crushes the surface skin causing the separate epoxy components to mix and create a chemical reaction. Within minutes of assembly, the fastener will not be able to be removed without a wrench. Cure time for epoxy is 72 hours.
